BTW FG, your low caloric in take is only for cutting purposes, right? do you still lift heavy during cutting or just do cardio?

Yes, went lower calorie and lower cardio this time around, my body seems to have responded better with this approach. Still doing about 5 1/2 hours of cardio a week so it's not like I dont do any. I dont lighten the weight when cutting, already at risk for losing lean due to the diet so try to maintain the amount of weight I use up until about 2 weeks out then I lighten up just to prevent tweaking a muscle.
