Now do i need to take the HCG post cycle and at what dosage?

Your PCT should start at about 15 days after your last Test E injection, and that 15 day period is a catabolic lag with most likely an unhealthy testosterone-estrogen ratio. I would continue to inject HCG 250-300 i.u. every 3-4 days during throughout that period and start the PCT on the 15th day.

I think it is vital that you also employ 0.5 gr of Arimidex EOD throughout your cycle to control estrogen levels and estrogen related side effects.
