I cheated and started last night. Did 200mcg before bed and again this morning. Not sure about the hunger. Was a bit hungry already but pretty much thought about food for the first hour. This morning I had stronger appetite. Noticed. Stomach grinning and bit of extra gas. Had no time for eggs. Grabbed a pop tart and yogurt for breakfast. Not ideal but I was hungry and late for work lol I will probably maintain a weekly log unless asked for updates.
