I would definitely sign up for something like this though. I mean, I got tired of 'bodybuilding' training years ago... that's part of the reason I retired from competing 5 years ago.
My training is still heavy as hell, but at least half of it is agility and flexibility work like what some of the crossfit, odd-object lifting, and freerunning guys do.
I'm nowhere near as ballistic as these guys... so I really admire what they do.
Holy shit, if I could bail off a roof at my current weight I'd be like the motherphucking hulk. LOL
