Need a good protein powder...I'm a girl ;)

As far as a good protein blend I favor EvoPro, Myofusion and the Lean Body RTD's (not very cost effective but they are very convenient!) The whey brands that I've been using for the last 5 or 6 yrs are IDS and Optimum Nutrition. I try different brands on occasion but always go back to the old faithfuls. Try vanilla eventually, that way you can change the flavor as not to get tired of the same ol same ol. Hope this helps

As far as tatse i have 2 that stand above the rest imo. I could care less re: tatse but these 2 are far and away the best ever imo. They also both happen to be whey isolates , which i dont put much emphasis on anymore either (type of protein)
