    I'm preparing for a cycle similar to yours. Mine is
    TestE 250 ONLY 12weeks
    1cc/3&1/2days (500mg/week)
    HCG
    PCT
    Nolva ONLY 2 weeks after last pin
    40/40,20,20

    My diet isn't that strict tho

    Thats not a good diet. Nuts are a good FAT source, not protein. Check the label. You have carbs in every meal and the morning snack just carbs, guess this is the mass gaining part. You need better sources included along with the fruit. Oats in the morning, potatoes.

    That is a poor diet and if you diet isn't as strict as a poor diet then realize your gains of 10lbs+ on cycle will be more water weight that'll be stripped away along with the small amount of muscle you

    may gained.


    You guys need to completely reevalute your diets and training.

    How do you think the body grows? What does it expend for energy, steroids or food?

    What happens when you put a surplus of calories in your body?

    Food is what makes the gains quality and stick once PCT begins.

    I encourage you all to get it in order way before you start juicing. Cause if you

    can't add and subtract these simple things (diet/training) how do you expect to

    do the advance things successfully.
