Breakfast: Bisquick and 4 scrambled eggs
Snack: Green Apple
Pre-workout: Whole wheat toast and 2 packages of oatmeal
Post: Whey shake with ice cream
Meal: Two quarter pound patties on whole wheat buns
Meal: 5 baked chicken legs and 1 1/2 cup of broccoli
