Save the arimidex until you get sides. You can also run a low dose nolva to block the receptors. For pct you wait a week then Start. You might want toget some hcg in there to have during cycle(250ius 2xweek) and first 2 weeks of pct(2500iu/week *one shot ). Do u know doses? Clomid 100/100/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20
That's a pretty intensive pct you could run nolva and hcg by itself or even the nolva only is good for a first cycle test only cycle.

You think Nolva is best for a first cycle for test why is this? Wouldn't this as a PCT work better
