    And I find that odd...cause I love it! Most that I know of don't choose it because of the consistency of cottage cheese. Those are the ones i tell my "cottage cheese" story to. ...oh, remember...I'm a food microbiologist....I have stories of how things are made!

    I'll state for the record I don't hate it. I don't LOVE it, but it doesn't bother me - neither the taste nor consistency/texture. I add the preserves to spice it up a bit, not necessarily to 'cover up'.
