Funny how we worry about the muslims intentions on America when the pentagon reported it costs them 300 billion a year in stolen secrets by the chinese. That they have become so good at stealing everything from the internet in America. And that the big business from China that makes all kinds of goods for America and the world were quoted as saying that they had no problem at all making inferior goods for the world since they are all non chinese so it doesnt matter to them. This is the normal attitude of the Chinese Busineses as quoted from them on American television. Ya gotta love those Chinese. By the way my HP wireless printer model C309A, that I purchased 12 months and a week ago quit working and HP wont fix it cause the warranty is only for 12 months, even though all their wireless printers have the same issues. Guess where it was made?

Globalization is such an interesting dynamic. It really proves the driving force behind things. For instance, purely for political reasons (of trade) we've moved China's position on the top 10 human rights violators down significantly, simply because we do alot of business with them, not beause they are committing less human rights violations.

Interestingly enough, Israel SHOULD be included in one of the top 10 human rights violators for what they do to the people of Palestine, up to and including, using human shields in a field of battle (illegal under the Geneva convention), and using food, oil, and medical services as a weapon against the people. They have created an Aparteheid style system of government whereby Palestinians are 'less than citizens' they are 'right restricted' citizens, exactly how blacks or "Kaffers" were treated in South Africa under Apartehid. Of course, we ignore these injustices and many others for political reasons.

Human rights play such a SMALL SMALL role in the overall political agenda of the world. They are really inconsequential to our country and a handful of tree hugging bleeding heart political lobbies.

Oh gawd, so true...china is where american capitalism can practice its purest form; americans using slave labor to produce things to sell to fellow americans. To me that's shady and unpatriotic but i do humbly know the problem is bigger than that. We and any other civilized nation will never ever be able to compete with china's labor and money system. That's not a union/non union or red/blue thing either. It's a 5 cents/hour labor cost vs U.S. minimum wage labor cost. And it's all "throw away" technology so when it breaks we just buy another one.

I just dont know why israel gets away with what it does. That country is in for an awakening though. Correct me if i'm wrong but i think the palestinians are slowly on their way to becoming a majority of the population. There's like 6 million jews in israel and about 5.7 million (and rising) palestinians in israel, gaza and the west bank.
