and you just dropped it down while adding in tren 4 days ago??

Test should still be going strong in your system. Sounds like a lil burnout.

I agree, it is not the gear! tren isnt kicked in yet IMO and the test is still jacked high. 5 x 5 can run your CNS into the shitter fast if you are strong and move a good amt of weight. I would suggest 5 3 1 and do alot of bodybuilding exersizes for volume and mass. I run westside conjugate method and I could never run 5 x 5 too much repetative compound volume. Congugate is way more effective for more advanced lifters and 5 3 1 or jugernaught is simple and wont run you into the ground. If you stay with the 5 x 5 I would suggest a deload week every 4th wk do alot of conditiong stuff and lighter high rep stuff and avoid the three main lifts.

Its my opinion 5 x 5 is better for younger lifters and newer, that is alot of volume for someone who is moving any kind of weight anyways thats what I would suggest for what its worth. Cannot keep pushing have to step back sometimes to go forward with training.

Ya my biggest concern was not adding any mass really. Like I love my strength, but if you don't have the size to make it look like you've been juicing, I don't see the point in doing them. So it's definitely time for more volume but higher reps. Going to start at 10 and go from there. Possibly higher for legs.

If you do that you will not be getting much stronger, thats the balance. My main lifts is either 1rm or 3rm, then I do high volume BB exersizes for mass, throw in dynamic phase or speed work and you will have all bases covered.

Thanks for the info. Im okay with a temporary cease in strength if it means I can gain some considerable mass...I think it's appropriate to use it now more than ever since ive been training for strength for months now not to mention im bulking. I feel the mean reason other than reps that im lagging mass is because of my legs. Theyre so damn strong but not the biggest and I think low rep work has alot to do with it. Time for mass.

Appreciate the info guys, always knowledgeable...best board on the net easily.

Just an update guys. it's been a week since ive been on tren 75mg/ed and im still not feeling much from it. Tiny bit of waking up at night but I fall asleep possibly better than I did with a high test dosage....no explosive strength increase yet, still feeling pretty flat despite carbs being moderate-high. Vascularity is pretty shitty right now actually. Seems like im gaining fat actually and im not sure why, maybe it's just the descreased vascularity and hardness im observing. It's annoying because I know to bulk on tren I have to eat big but ive been holding back since I look like I might be gaining fat Just wondering if I should be more patient with it? It's homebrew 100mg/ml actually a more around 102-103mg/ml (ran out of cottonseed) so i know it's legit tren since it came from finaplix-h. Any thoughts?
