    BCAA's???

    Whats better BCAA Caps or BCAA powder? They are both made by Optimum Nutrition....

    The powder usually has more bcaa's per serving, unless of course you don't mind eating 12+ pills.

    You get more for your buck when you shop the powder; however, beaware that most BCAA powder smells and tastes like poison.

    When is the most optimal time to take BCAA's ? I workout in the evening and have cardio immediately after lifting. Also, are you guys talking about Xtend by Scivation?

    Ive been using Xtend for about a month or so. Good stuff, got the Blue Rasp. tastes great just has a little kick too it. Kinda reminds me of a Blue Rasp. warhead I always had as a kid. Got a t-shirt with Xtend on the back, try wearing that on a Military base overseas, get a lot looks like wtf extenze? Good times lol.

    Before, during, and/or after training. There are bcaas in your whey if you are drinking that pre or post workout. There's bcaas in all the food you eat all day so it's not really necessary to drink them any other time.
