well yes but i mean as far as messing up with a young persons body as a whole. aas is not advised for those who are under about 25 years of age because of the damage they can cause to the persons hormones and entire body systems, so is that threat still as great with orals like anavar or dbol?

Yes. That effect is the same. Oral steroids have the same effect on the body as injectable compounds with the exception of orals being harder on the liver
