i have always had rediculously vascular arms...always get comments about it! my forearm and hand veins r freaky, look like their about 2 explode when i workout!
noticed a bit of growth, forearms are stubborn muscle 2 grow like calves. could be down 2 working them through workouts aswell but i deffinately noticed strength increase. i deadlift 140kg for 6 reps, 4 sets now without my grip failing. i culdnt manage 100kg for more then 3 reps without reseting before. deffinately worth it imo.
