i'm 31 years old, I train for 6 years, 4 times a week
weight 72 kg, height 180 cm
diet:
Breakfast (8:00):
4 slices of Pan D'Ecipes CEREAL
+ 45 g protein. Whey with water
snack (10:30) (I do not hardly ever):
30 g protein. Whey with water
lunch (13:00):
80 gr. bread or pasta + 150 g chicken + salad + olive oil or vegetable oil
snack (which I usually do at 17:00 just after training):
30 g protein. Whey with water + banana
Dinner (20:00):
200 g chicken or fish
vegetables or salad + olive oil
pre bedtime snack (24:00):
30 grams protein casein with water
