try doing 45 mins on the treadmill at 4.0mph on a 4 incline my f-ing leg keeps locking i look like handiman...lol

Yeah brah that's normal. Quads kill after pinning. I usually just suffer through unless I haveva leg day coming up. Then I take an Aleve & the pain is gone in a couple of hours...
