I believe acne is caused by high estrogen, due to immune system over-response, and sebum production. i have found using a topical that reduces sebum production and controlling estrogen makes acne pretty much non-existent. dont get me wrong i may get a couple, but nothing bad at all.

Aromasin tends to help my acne better than the others, I have no idea why.

This in interesting, and I have wondered about this for a while. My shoulder, back and chest acne goes crazy, but I have blood work that shows my estrogen is low and rock solid. This makes me wonder exactly what causes the increase in acne that happens when my Test dose increases. I have a scrip for a medicated, tar based (I think) soap that I haven't filled yet. We will see how that works.
