Ok I'm about 5'10 I'm about 195 around 15% bf. Ok I train hard at least 5 days a week. And been training since around 2004 so around 7 years. Had no clue what I was doing at first I did my first cycle of test e and dbol. Ok for the past couple of years have been running basically just test e. My last cycle was test e at 1000mgs and npp at 400mgs for 10 weeks. Did not see much gains but I did get up to benching 380 for two reps(is that good for my weight and height) ok so now I just want to gain maybe 10 pound and get way harder.
