easiest way to figure this out for you if you post your previous cycles... are you really 18?
just turned this month actually.
I am on the last few weeks of my first cycle.
1-4 dbol 50mgs everyday
1- now test e 500mgs a week
3- 10 tren e 600mgs a week
I went on an unforseen "vacation" for a week where I was basically fed nothing but sugar and processed food with barley any protein and no access to weights . I am still not as strong as I was before that happened.
On the bright side I went from 155 to 210 during the day. I went from squatting 95 x 6 to 245 x 2 at my peak. My bench is still strong went from 135 x 8 to 245 x 4.

Yeah prison food is not exactly healthy I'm told. Dont compound one mistake with another. Weight = strength is not necessarily a good thing. Sure bigger people can usually bench and squat more because they are use to carrying around more weight but there is the health factor. You need to figure out what is healthy for your size/frame.
