ephedrine 40mg - need answers pls

any recommended dosages for the ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin in the ECA stack pls?

Ephedrine (E) 25mg
Caffeine (C) 200mg
Asprin (A) 81mg (baby asprin)

Take this 2 to 3 times per day, spaced out evenly. Don't take to late in the evening as this can effect sleep.
