My morning shake is pretty much the same.
2 cups Ice
8 blueberries
4 strawberries
4" of banana
3/4 cup of oats
3/4 cup of egg whites
1 scoop ON Natural Whey
3/4 scoop ON Natural Casein
2 tablespoons of ground Flax seed
2 Metamusil bars(otherwise I dont get much poop out)
