    Hello !

    OK I got you guys well lets start with my stats :

    age: 26
    Hight: 159
    weight: 5'10"
    bf:18%
    Years training: 1 year
    cycle experience: None

    So in the end what you mean is that in the end HGH is not promoting much muscle growth more fat loss.

    I heard though that at the beginning it promotes fat loss but after 4 months it promotes muscle growth is that right ?

    So in the end maybe you say that I should be better off trying first Test ? But what kind ?

    My meal plan :

    Breakfast : 1 whole egg, 5 white, fruit, green tea, fruit juice,

    Lunch : Lean chicken, vegetables, whole wheat : pasta or bread,

    Dinner : Light dinner fish, fruit.

    Alcohol once a week on weekends, I drink plenty of water.

    My plan was maybe this kind of cycle at the beginning I picked up on the forums on guys who started with my background and seem to achieve amazing results in just 6 months tell me freely what you think :

    Cycle 1 :

    HGH 2iu/day
    Sus 250 mg/week
    Dbol 50mg/day
    Win 150 mg/week

    Cycle 2 :
    HGH 3iu
    Primo 300mg/week
    Deca (?) 400 mg/week
    Dbol 50mg/day
    Win 150mg/week
    Clen 4 tabs /day

    Oups I forgot my supplements :

    I take three shakes a day :

    1. Whey, Arginine, Glutamine, BCAA,
    2. Whey, creatine,
    3. Post workout : Whey, arginine, BCAA, Glutamine

    I agree with you JimmySidewalk but I see my friend who has done the same diet and same gym 4 times a week it doesn't have much results after 3 years. I have been very serious with my gym so far and I am about to give up.

    Maybe the best would be to do like you say Test first to see what happens. Can you give me a hand about the meaning of PCT ?

    What do the others think ? HGH/ steroids or just Test for now ?

    Muscle growth or fat loss is based on how much HGH you're taking per day. Enough pharma grade HGH to bulk you up can run as much as $100/day. That's $3,000/month! Yes, HGH can absolutely burn fat and help you put on muscle. First of all, you're way too young to start on HGH. You can screw up your natural pulses of HGH. Second, can you afford enough HGH to meet your goal? That's $3,000/month for at least 6 months? If not, why start? You'll just be wasting your money.

    HGH doesn't quite work like that. If you're taking 3iu/ed it'll just burn fat. Even if you take it for a year, it'll just burn fat. If you take 10iu/ed it'll burn fat and build muscles from day one. Because HGH works slowly and its effects are cumulative, you won't see dramatic changes until weeks after you start.

    So in the end maybe you say that I should be better off trying first Test ? But what kind ?
    Go for a long ester Test like Test E. If you don't mind jabbing your butt every other day, then you can do Test Prop. Either way, you really have to do your research to understand how the AAS is affecting your body. You can really hurt yourself if you don't know what you're doing. Don't be a statistic, read and learn.

    I'm surprised some of the vets haven't jumped all over your diet. If you eat like a little man you will always be a little man no matter how much steroids you put in your body. Go to the diet section and work up a good bulking diet for yourself.

    Your cycle is poorly thought out. Be smart and read more before you start. The cycle you listed above can hurt you.
    If you have the desire to cycle you really do need to be at about 10% to 15% body fat before you cycle. You need a good diet plan worked out. You need to be in they gym training hard for at least 3 years before you cycle. You need to read a lot more about food, AAS, PCT, training, etc. before you start. Don't take a short cut and just start taking steroids because you think you're going to get big. Your body will pay penalties down the road.

    The majority of your caloric intake is coming from supplement shakes, which is not a good source. They are supplements which they are only to supplement your diet as you need to take in whole foods such beef, chicken, pork, and veggies etc. You won't see any results on artificial proteins.
