    tapering is total bullshit! It does not work at all. You may want to do a lil more research on how these chemicals work. You shut down your hpta whether you use 1000mg per week or 100mg per week. You def need a pct dude especially if your running deca. Or the hrt dose your talking about will be a "for life" thing

    Its pretty obvious that "bodybuilding girl" doesnt know a damn thing. I would not take her suggestions at all.

    Sus for 8 weeks?? Tapering dosages?? Anadrol for 8 weeks?? No PCT?? No HCG?? She is an idiot..

    Your better off waiting a few weeks then running a 16-18 week cycle. Including other/better compounds. And of course HCG throughout.

    Actually, she is not designing the cycles herself, she tells me that her source in her home country of argentina is a ifbb pro and he's the one suggesting these cycles. So cycle design is subcontracted by my trainer to a third party...

    I figured that a longer cycle going right up to the show would be more productive, she would have me on 2x 8-week cycles with a 4 week break in the middle. I was thinking that 20 weeks on, with compounds being changed as the show was approaching would be more productive.

    gixxerboy1: It's a competition reserved for first-timers the heaviest are the heavyweights and the division starts at 198 lbs. At 6'2 it would be impossible to be taken seriously below that weight, and even at that weight it's still light. At present at 225 ~12%BF so that is 198 lbs LBM, at 5% BF that would mean 208 lbs, factor in some dehydration and I would expect to be able to be about 203 on comp day. The good news is that in the last 5 years there were always only 2 competitors in the heavyweights except 2009 when there were 4. So I could suck and still have a 80% chance of coming in second... But I have more pride than that.

    Ideally I would want a couple more pounds LBM and come in on contest day at 220 (100 kg), I'm sure a 16-20 week cycle can give me the 10-12 lbs of LBM that are missing.

    To start I will have
    1x Test 400 400mg/ml, 10ml
    1x EQ 300mg/ml, 10ml
    1x Deca 300mg/ml, 10ml
    1x Anadrol 25mg, 100 capsules
    1x Clenbuterol 200mcg/ml, 50ml
    1x Clomid 50mg, 50 capsules

    I'll browse through the posts to find a suitable "bulk-show prep" 16-20 week cycle. Or feel free to suggest one.
