I´m almost 34 years old, work out since i´m 26. It´s my first cycle in several years.
I´m 172 cm, 63 kg and 5% BF.
I´m going to run it for 8 weeks, with 3 weeks of PCT.
About the diet, in order to keep my BF this low, i never eat when i´m not hungry.. well, sometimes i even don´t eat when i´m hungry.
I know.. that´s stupid!!
I want to gain some pounds with minimum fat gain. More advices on diet, please!
