i don't think protein presence in urine is due to high protein intake, it may show in the blood test but not in urine. if it shows in your urine it means your kidneys are not functioning properly. my creatinine was high when i did blood test but in urine test showed nothing, and the urologist told me he's not concerned with the blood test results but more concerned what the urine test shows. yes go see a urologist.
