im not quite sure exactly. our gym is going to get an volume displacement tank soon so ill be able to give u an accurate estimate. but as i can tell its round 16, top 4 abs are very prominant and pretty vascular through my upper body. big difference then whats seen in my avy. bunch of othere guys that compete at this gym say im on the right track.
im going to compete in the teens and open novice mens
