I think you missed the 1st part of my post - I did this with Test, and I bulked up too much. Looking not to use Test. And again... I realize it's all about diet... So to repeat my question, can I use equipose instead of test with winny without fear of shut down?

You'll still shut down. You might want to run an TRT dose of test.

i can be on 600 mgs test ew and still lose muscle if i don't eat enough! this is why i suggested the no starchy carbs with high protein diet, its the only way to lose the fat. the test will help preserve your muscle while you burn fat, and winny can aid in that as well. like SlimShady said, TRT does would be perfect!
