Well I can give you my example as to what can be done before you even think about using gear. I started weight training at 15 and I got gains in strength and size up to 25 but I grew the best between 18 and 24 because I became serious about intense training and eating not to mention all that natural test my body was making. If I had the knowledge that can be found here on proper training methods and proper diet at that time I can't imagine how much better my gains could have been! On the other side of the coin with the same information here I have gone from 255 pounds with very high blood pressure to below 200 pounds with excellent blood pressure. I went from 160 pounds at 15 to 225 pounds at 25. Yes you are right that is 10 years not the instant gratifacation that you are looking for. I never touched gear untill I was almost 26 years old and am really lucky I never screwed myself up. Had I have had the funds when I was younger I probably would have done them sooner and I can't imagine how bad off I would be now at 42. If you put in the effort in the gym and in your diet you can have something that will benifit you for life not just 2 or 3 months on the beach.

You know this is the best advice to give a kid who is thinking about juicing. Tell your old man what your plan is, IDude. If he doesn't beat the living **** out of you for even thinking about doing it, then you have my blessing.
