6/6- trained back today, 6iu again, still feel fine at 40g of carbs post injection. will up the dose to 7iu tomorrow still keeping the carbs at 40g, just experimenting seeing how low i can go with the carbs. followed normal PWO protocol and had 8oz grilled chicken breast and 1cup brown rice around peak time. i have had no hypo symptoms at all thus far.
i feel stronger in the gym and don't get fatigued as quickly, i can train harder too. recovery is really fast i think i can even train each muscle 2x a week, i may try that next week.
