    take ur diet to 1500cals a day
    Protein: 1.5 x Your lean body weight = answer is how much protein u should take
    Fat: .25 x your weight = the amt of fat u should take

    take no other supps besides Multi-Vitamins and Protein shake (some test would be great)
    u dont wanna add another stimulant (JACK3D) while ure taking clen... that'll have some badddd effect on ur heart

    Don't do this. Never assume 1500cals is enough especially if you are working up a huge caloric burn.

    I would first and foremost say to fix and or clean up your diet then step up your cardio workouts by either increasing resistance/HR or try HIIT but your diet could use some fixing. Do you have your macro nutrients for what you eat daily? Best provide that too.
