Im 5'6. I think your right though, I definitely need to lose more body fat before jumping into test. My goal after the cycle is obviously more size but at the same time retain a flat belly. Abs would be nice but doubt it will be possible starting with my current BF%( which I don't know). Maybe take another month to do some cardio and adjust the diet? what do you think?

A month is not a long enough time frame to notice a huge difference. Give yourself 4-5 months of dedicated, serious dieting and training and then you will notice a very nice change .

Yeah this can be a tough crowd but if you take it for what it is then it can be helpful. To many people kid themselves and think they are a lot better than they are or ready for aas when they are not even close. Also to many people looking for the quick fix. Dont look for changes in a month. Your body takes 3 months to adjust to most any type of changes. Just like eating 6x a day. It takes 2-3 months before you body gets use to never being hungry and then it finally believe you are not just teasing it and going to change back, then it starts dropping the fat. I remember right around the 3 month mark I actually got worried for a while. The fat started coming off so fast I though I might have something. LOL Seriously, I went from 205lbs+ down to 165lbs in about 4 months by only changing my eating habits from 2-3 meals a day to 6+ meals a day and cleaning it up a little. I was only hitting the gym 2x a week also and VERY little cardio.

You can do a lot natty and it's best to get yourself in shape before using anything. I like using the race car analogy. If you put 110 octane race gas (aas) into a stock 1980 Camaro (= you) what kind of gains can you expect? Very little and you may burn holes in the top of the pistons causing catastrophic failure. Now put 110 octane race gas into a 1980 Camaro with a modified engine, Titanium valves, high lift cam, forged pistons and crank, port matched intake/exhaust, performance exhaust..... OK you get the idea; what can you expect. You will get a LOT of increase over standard pump gas. Think of your body as needing to be modified before using aas and you will get a lot more bang for the buck.
