My stats in january were 209 pounds with 45 percent, plus 5 sizes on waist area. So it demanded the right info on diet.
However, is there a recommendation to alter the cycle to add nolva and/or clomid? I just don't want to be too hard on estrogen because there is less risk of its sides to begin with. End goal is 165-170 pounds with less than 10 percent. Please guide marcus.
