    Lol, hay Marcus, your profile pic demands respect lol

    My stats in january were 209 pounds with 45 percent, plus 5 sizes on waist area. So it demanded the right info on diet.

    However, is there a recommendation to alter the cycle to add nolva and/or clomid? I just don't want to be too hard on estrogen because there is less risk of its sides to begin with. End goal is 165-170 pounds with less than 10 percent. Please guide marcus.

    Lol, that is Dorian Yates in his avatar but regardless, what he says is correct- more education with a focus on Diet.

    Hihi, Dorian yates, his bigger wrist than my neck, lol. You are right. Education is very important and so is diet. There is always something to learn. Thsts why I joined to learn. Good to know my goal is noot unreallistic then.
