However, an AI won't reduce estrogen, which is the whole point here.
Understood, but whats the connection with CV system, AI's and endurance?... Maybe I misunderstood what hes saying, I thought there was a correlation with endurance and cardio here.

And I think you mean the Nolva wont reduce estrogen?

BTW as a side note, I talk a lot about l-dex because its so readily available, but Anastrozole is a much better way to go IMO...

He wasn't talking about endurance. I think he just meant that a SERM would be better for your lipid profile (which is important for cardiovascular health).

And yes, I meant a SERM won't actually reduce estrogen. Good catch.

Also, "L-dex" and Anastrozole are the same drug, just in a different form.

    Thanks, exactly what I meant

You could start with nolva from day 1 and have an AI on hand if needed

I agree most would go nolva. Im particularly sensitive to estro sides and typically start with l-dex or Aromasin.

AHH! I just caught my typo!! I Meant Aromasin is much preferred IMO!! NOT (Anastrozole = L-dex)
