    That's not true in all cases. There are people who just have sucky genetics and even with all the aas they wont get big. It's usually because they will also develop other extreme side effects along the way making it impossible to continue and again if your diet is not supportive or the muscle growth you just end up eating your own muscle tissue for energy.

    true there's no way I could get into better shape than him he gets shredded during contests. I just meant more muscle if he's like 220lbs 8% offseason I should be able to get to like 240 at like 15% if I'm eating enough right?

    Is it possible for people to not be able to absorb food after a certain point? I feel like all the extra food I'm eating isn't doing anything. I'm definatley eating at a surplus maybe I'm just being impatient lol.
