low dose accutane?

I don't have acne naturally but around wk 8 on cycle I usually start getting it pretty bad.
Could I run a low dose say 10-20mg for a month or two before or during cycle to help combat bacne?

I would use accutane last ditch effort. I use a OTC topical that works wonders on skin,,,especially acne problems.
