Thread: I'd sure appreciate some advice about food amounts to put on some lean mass.

    Looks pretty good to me. I'm like you though, I dont really keep track of my pro/carb/fat level intakes during bulking. I just try to eat as much as I can as thats the hardest part for me. I'm sure if I looked at my diet in depth I'd find that my calorie intake wouldnt be enough so I'd feel like I'm failing in the diet area. I know I can't eat enough without feeling sick all day long, so I just try my best. A cutting diet is cake to me, but bulking is the harder one. Clean protein, complex carbs and low bad fat and high good fats.

    I guess I am just going to have to get a damn scale and figure out the protein, carb, fat content of everything I intend to eat.
    I'm still stalling on the dietician for some reason...I better just give them a call and get this diet deal figured out.
