Yes I find the first couple cycles were great and I made consistant gains all cycle but now Im into my 3rd cycle and although in the first 6 weeks I put on about 10lbs...after that my wheels started spinning even with a calorie surplus.
I think alot of it has to do with 1# the body's ability to hold onto mass...everyone has a limit even with sauce that cant be surpassed and perhaps yours is around 300lbs, and 2# receptors adapting to all the compounds you are using...the only way to fix this is by taking time off and touching nothing for a while! My brother had the same problem as you...he got to 270 and couldnt get passed that even on 1000mg test, deca, tren..you name it! and he went off gear for about 3 years...when he went back on he on he only needed 500mg test and he grew like a weed! he got back up to 270lbs no problem with a quarter of the gear he once had to use.
I'm assuming you're a powerlifter, correct? For me personally, gains would usually stall too much if I would cycle/blast too frequently. If you don't let your hormones level out at much lower/normal point, your body will keep fighting the extra anabolism that the steroids are creating, to keep homeostasis. It's one of the main reasons we're all supposed to come off, or for those cruising, blast less frequently and don't start cruising on much higher doses of test that really needed to maintain most gains.
