    If it hurts to lift the weight up toput it onto the barbell use the other arm! Seems simple enough right?

    Use hammer strength machines for legs that have weight stacks. All you have to do then is move a pin. Do cardio and abs.

    If there's a will there's a way. You seem to have lost the will otherwise this thread wouldn't have been needed. No disrespect but You're the reason you're not exercising at all not your elbow. Just being honest here.

    Constructive criticism I guess. Probably something I needed to hear. I guess there are plenty of things I can still do. Just hard to get past the mental dissapoinment/frustration of not being able to train properly. I think I just need to make a program thats suited to my restrictions.
