It really only becomes an issue when you get down to 10% or less IMHO. Stay focused on the goal at hand that will make the permanent difference - bodyfat reduction. Then you can play around and tweak things like water and < > 25g carbs in your diet (just an example, not saying you do this). Forgive me if i'm thinking of somebody else though.
