    Exactly what Matt said, if something works, why change it. My first three cycles were only test from 400-600mg per week and I've made great gains. Gain as much as you can with as little as you can.

    Thta's what I want to do but just wandering for future references.

    Can someone make as good gains as most if they only ever use test in every cycle they use?

    to many variables. The bigger you get the gains do slow down some. your body can only carry so much size

    So if I done

    cycle 1 - 500mgs
    cycle 2 - 500mgs
    cycle 3 - 500mgs or slightly more

    Year off

    Cycle 4 - As much is necessary so maybe around 500 -700mgs? dependson what you gainof
    Then do another couple cycles at around the same level or slightly more.

    Could you get away with just doing that every time by only doing test. I want to get to around a good small competition size
