And here is a shot of Andromeda galaxy (M31). This is why amature astronomers call galaxies "faint fuzzies":
Took this with my phone so it's not great but it looks cool.

It's the Harry potter ride at universal studios lol
ah looks like about a 30 min wait lol
I think it was about 20 minutes but so worth it.
Guess you enjoyed riding harry ?
^^ hahaha
^^^ sounds great
My camera broke so I am going to be buying a new one very soon so I will update this thread with some new pics.
I only checked out the 1st page so far, but I like what I see Marcus, you're quite the photographer, give yourself some credit!
I'm not a photographer by any means but figured I'd share a couple pictures anyway.
Sanibel Island, Florida
Glacier National Park, Montana
Antigua, US Virgin Islands
This photo is of rubbish quality... Take on my iPod... It does however show some meaning...
I'm going to call it 'Beauty and the Beast'
It is a photo of my clematis plant that is just in bloom with the contrasting block of council flats in the background...

There has not been any photos for a while ..... one from a recent visit to the zoo!
Cool pics Paul,
I will be adding to these very soon,![]()
Some strange bird at the zoo![]()
looks like you bought a even better camera
Love that newest shot Marcus. Both the shot itself, and the quality. Crisp as hell!
Incredible...I thoroughly enjoyed all the pics. Helps someone like me who hasn't really travelled, see some exotic places. Marcus u truly have lived a blessed life to see such beautiful places and thank u for sharing your experiences...thank u all for sharing.
Marcus u got one hell of an eye, truly talented. I see u entered a contest and u say u wasn't even mentioned...I thinku should keep trying. Alot of those pics were worthy of magazines and post cards, by far. I hope to see more cathedrals and churches...I have a thing for old buildings, espescially churches. (not religious). I'm curioius to see what your new camera and eye can do. More exotic places too..thailand looks like a dream from those pics.
Incredible stuff guys, keep'em coming please.
I was referring to tue pic in post 1144.... Great shot
Look forwad to seeing a few more
I clicked the picture and it brougt me to imageshack and there the pic was even more crisp, maybe cuz it was a tad smaller....good shot.
I've gone through all these pics and had no idea u could click on some of the larger ones. I guess only some though.

I just now kept swapping back and fourth from image shack size to what u have posted, I can see the bails are more shiny and the tree on the right..the leaves pop out better..very sharp quality. swapping back and fourth quickly helps.
If your runnin win7 u can slide your cursor back and fourth just above the taskbar over your internet explorer and have imageshack open and the pic u click on....it shows more contrast, and gives the edges it's true sharpness....looks incrediblle
The same with the above pic of yours, I'm also viewing this on a 50" plasma and sitting about 5' from it.
