they are def off. It doesnt matter digitial or analog. They just arent accurate. no 600 stock will go 175.
I have put a portable gps in my trunk before and my speedo has been of almost 15-20 mph at that speed

mine is digital also, still cant trust them accurately mate, ive had a zx6r before which would be a bit quicker than a cbr600 and it was 155mph max although it read 162ish mph

I just did some research and it seems when people tested it with a portable gps it was about 15% off. So that means I was only doing 159 which is only 3mph over what manufacturer listed top speed is so I guess my guilty pleasure was doing 159mph on my cbr lol.

Only performance part on it was a two brother pipe.
