Been going to the gym for about 6 years
Benchpress over 160kg, Dumbell press more than 63kg, Weigh over 82kg,
I only do 1 cycle a year, because i use to be in the military, alot of the times i got called away so the most i trained was prob 4 months at a time if i was lucky than sumtimes go out bush for 3 months doing nothing and lose all my strength and gains... then come back and slowly build up again.... I do fighting sports as well so i have to cut 4-8kg before a fight so my weight varies alot, end of the year ill slow down on the cardio and increase my weights..
Just wanted to know if i can see some reslults from 500mg/Week cause ive havent taken anything under 1000mg for a few years...
