    Minoxidil (e.g. Rogaine, Kirkland) - at least 5% strength. And instead of Propecia, you should use Avodart (dutasteride), because it is much more effective (albeit still not officially approved). The minoxidil+dutasteride combo should be effective in the vast majority of people.

    Dut is alot better but has alot more sides. One should start on Propecia and see how they handle sides and then move to Dut. Dut also blocks type 2 DHT in the brain which is not looking good on recent studies
