My Workouts - 3 Days a week gym and 4 days a week football(Soccer) training session.

i normally eat , in the morning i don't have nothing .. just coffee :/ , in the afternoon i have a good meal and in the evening i have another good meal. Sometimes i eat healthy and sometimes no. and during the day i have some small snacks.
