I have been on the hcg for the past 35 days. I have another 15 days to go.
Calories anywhere from 500-700 calories per day for the past 35 days. It was prescribed by doctor.
Did cheat couple days who wouldn't after being on this low calorie diet.
What should i do with my juice should i wait week or 2 for my system to get adjusted to higher calories then jump on it or what. What do you think about this cycle? Any body else have any ideas or suggestions.
