You are correct in thinking this is my answer and not only my answer but all the vets here or anyone who has achieved what they want. If you uncover the habits of the guys who look absolutely lean and mean? They ALL eat correctly. They count every single morsel of food. They cook on Sundays to prepare their meals for the week. They measure everything. They train hard with a method to every single move they make.
Are you doing all you can do? If you doubt it for a second. then please come on over to the Diet Question forum and start a thread there. Post up your stats and goals and list out what you eat with times of the day. And how much you eat.
Then the members can review and tweak and I promise you will get to where you want to go NATURALLY to build a fantastic foundation. Then and after then, consider taking it to the next level a bit later on after you have maxxed out your own potential. This is the secret to those who look top notch. 'Tis true.
