My best friend who is the spitting image of me pins once weekly at 600 mg or 3 ml in a 23 gauge in the quads for 12 week cycles and I don't have any, ur um I mean he doesn't have any issues. Personal choice I guess. Try it both ways and see if you can tell any difference. I doubt you will.
