Hey guys,
I saw the thread about the workout routines that Pinnacle published.
I wanted to ask what is your favorite workout?
as for now, I'm doing an ABC workout :
A - Chest.Biceps.Abs
B - Lats.Delt
C - Triceps.Legs.Abs
About 15-20 sets for major muscles and 10 for minor with 5-6 reps.
What do you suggest?
