I think people associate EQ with gaining weight because it severely increases appetite.. It may not be great for putting on size, but If you eat enough you'll have to gain weight.. 20lbs on EQ alone is probably a little exaggerated and make sure your diet is in check otherwise increased appetite + shitty food = fat
